In this episode, inspired by VP Candidate Senator Kamala Harris’ debate performance, Felicia breaks down how we can curtail the feedback and microaggressions around our facial expressions.

We have to stop spending emotional and mental energy on ensuring our coworkers are comfortable with our existence and how we simply take up space in the workplace.  Using our energy in this way is traumatic and detrimental to our mental health.  It has to stop and we have to be proactive in preventing the use of our mere existence and stereotypes to justify mistreatment in the workplace.
